Nikita is a corporate and commercial lawyer with experience supporting a diverse range of transactional and advisory matters.  Having worked in a large national legal corporate practice for a number of years, before recently supporting a project for an international defence contractor rolling out a significant defence project in Australia, Nikita can understand and appreciate client needs to ultimately provide value adding and logical support. 

Nikita has a broad and highly sought after skill set. He has experience working on corporate M&A transactions, projects involving detailed FIRB analysis and procurement and construction programs. He also has experience in property and land access matters, having worked in a large legal practice with an emphasis on agri‑business.
