Monique is a corporate and commercial lawyer who predominantly works within our M&A and foreign investment practice.  

With a sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic and commercial acumen, since joining us in 2023 Monique has already established herself as a key member of our firm.  Clients who work with Monique value her collaborative and resourceful approach, and her ability to cut through complexity to deliver client-focussed solutions to legal issues. 

Monique enjoys tackling the challenges associated with corporate transactions, and over her career to date has worked on a number of high profile M&A, agribusiness, foreign investment and utility scale renewables projects.
